4)      Voltage regulator.

The voltage regulator helps to maintain the proper output of the generator through voltage.  The main work of the voltage converter is to convert AC current to DC current.

5)      Cooling and exhaust systems

Cooling and exhaust system helps in cooling down the generator .with the continuous usage, the generator gets heated up. Freshwater is also added sometimes to give a cooling effect.

6)      Lubrication system

The generator contains various moving parts inside it hence it requires proper lubrication for the perfect internal rotations and movement. It’s better to check every 8 hours for leakage or lubricating problem for the smooth working of generator.

7)      Battery charger.

The battery charger keeps the generator operating by providing continuous charging. It’s important to have proper float voltage values for the proper functioning of the battery.

8)      Control panel

The Control panel is basically a user interface section that allows all-controlling like start, shutdown, engine gauges, generator gauges, and many more controls.

9)      Frame

The frame is basically customized storage or housing to provide the structural base and support to the generator.
